Untold Tale of Two Lovers

I wrote a tale of
two lovers today,
in a poem that
no one will see;
because
one just might be
you, let’s say,
and the other just
might be me.
Once upon a time,
not so long ago;
in a mystical,
magical land,
they
two did meet,
their lust did grow,
and a wonderful
story began.
They would meet
in a secret place,
under the stars,
out in the wood;
first
once, then twice,
then upping the pace;
finding it harder
to be good.
A look, a laugh,
a poke, a touch;
closer and closer
grew their bond;
and
soon both knew
without a doubt,
they had grown
way beyond fond.
But rules and roles
hung in their way,
so neither dared
risk the move;
‘til
urges so strong,
swung into play,
plunging them deep
within the groove.
One starlit night,
the mood just right,
before Nature and
in Nature’s own;
clutching
so tight, they came
once, then twice,
more intensely than
either had known!
I wrote a tale of
two lovers today,
in a poem that
no one will see;
because
one just might be
you, let’s say,
and the other just
might be me.
